Sure I made it look nice but you are such a good smoozer that you got the other agent to tell you why our buyer wanted the house. That made all the difference in the bargaining. She should never have told you that. Do you think Ted can be so dilligent or will bother to. Most people would not.  That's why you are so good, YOU CARE.   Roxy

We are doing great!  Victor seems to really like the new place and has kept his barking to a minimum :)  We still have a lot of boxes to unpack and some new furniture to buy.  We are really happy with the place though!

Dear Joel, Just a note to tell you "thanks for all you have done for my children in their real estate need these past 27 years or so.  These days, with all the corruption, greed, scams, con artists, opportunists, lies, deceit, etc, it is so nice to deal with someone with whom we have an implicit trust.  I did not worry about my daughter Jill buying her first home, naive and unknowing about real estate as she is, as long as I knew you were helping her and representing her.  Jill is so happy, all her siblings were so supportive and helpful with helping her clean and paint, help her move, etc.  All tell me Jill have a very solid appealing home.  Thank you again for helping her throughout the long process of purchasing her first home.
